First walking into Volkswagen there was a sales person that seemed sort of pushy, and I honestly felt very pressured to buy something that day. I had gone to just get a quote, and they made me feel like it had to be done then and there. So I left. The next day I met James and WOW! He made everything feel so comfortable, he was very thorough about the process, and really showed he cared about my financial situation. Because of him I felt a lot better about purchasing a car and I actually did buy a brand new car!
