I had a wonderful experience at Baron BMW, especially given the circumstances I put this team under. I came in debating between a ‘21 BMW X3 and a ‘23 Acura RDX, while nonetheless on a time crunch to make a decision THAT DAY. After my decision was made and I called Cade, he was able to get the car ready for me, paperwork and all, within an hour and a half. The extra half hour was from their lovely BMW Genius, Landon, who helped me quickly set up the car until I was ready to come back for additional education on all of its features, as well as personal customization. Cade communicated so well with me, answering all of my questions, as well as he and his team were very reasonable when it came to negotiating costs which isn’t always the case. Cade took my phone call even after I left to help answer additional questions. He and Landon both offered their contact info to me to ensure I am well taken care of in my new car, and I highly appreciate that. Their kindness and professionalism made the experience fantastic. Both of them, Cade especially, have a very welcoming and warm personality that made it less scary as a woman walking into a BMW dealership of all places. All of this combined, I would highly recommend coming here and working with Cade to find your next car!
