I purchased a new vehicle here in 2022 and have always received service that went above and beyond. I've since moved from the area and chose to go to a nearby dealership for my oil change, believing I would get the same level of service. I was wrong. This other "service dept" along 45 North, told me two of my tires were irreparably damaged and needed to be replaced. Thankfully. I purchased the Road Hazard warranty with my vehicle. This other "service dept" took no pictures and made every excuse to not work with the warranty. "You have to go back to where you purchased it." Even NTB would have worked with the warranty. I did as Fred suggested and let my favorite service dept check things out. The Sterling McCall Hyundai service team took care of everything and, as usual, vacuumed my Palisade better than Mr. Carwash! On top of that, the team found that my tires with only 16,200 miles on them, were still brand new with ZERO damage! If you want a great car buying experience and HONEST care long after you drive off the lot, do it with these people. They have no idea the relief and peace of mind they've afforded me today.
