After talking to Juan, I flew from Pennsylvania to Texas the next day to get my car and drive it back within 2 1/2 days. My experience from the jump was great. I love cars and used to sell them, and I'm not a fan of how I am spoken to in many situations. I can't say enough great things about Juan and this dealership. He was so honest and helpful and made me feel so comfortable about this experience. He even picked me up at the airport and made me feel so welcome. Juan also made something right for me after the sale even though I was miles away at that point. He didn't have to do that but it speaks volumes to his professionalism, character and willingness to make me happy with my purchase. He even checked to make sure I had a safe 1800 mile drive home.
