Set a timeline of when I had to get out of there for a meeting and the Service Rep understood and beat that time! I love that- wasn't just “after my business” and told me things she couldn't come through on. I set expectations and she hit it! I love that honesty and openness. She even called me afterwards because I had accidentally left a computer chord on the ground. She went above and beyond.
