I drove into the service bay and before I could put the car into park someone was there to greet me and check me in. I did not have an appointment, however I was treated as if I did. It was my plan to leave my vehicle and take the shuttle back to work, as I was on my lunch break. The shuttle was gone for awhile and my plan was falling a part. My service advisor understood my concern, called me a Lyft driver and got me back to work. If that wasn't good enough, he called me another Lyft driver to pick me up when my car was ready AND he found me an online coupon to lower the cost of my service bill! I've been to other Honda dealerships, but this one is, by far, the best one! This is not the first time I've gotten good service here, however this is my first service review. I feel compelled to do this review since this dealership has performed well over time with consistency. It has become a predictable pattern of good business behavior. That being said, my car is old and it is just about time to past it down to my teenager and purchase another. You can bet your bottom dollar that I won't purchase at any of those other Honda dealerships (Honda of Spring, Cleo Bay Honda). Sterling McCall Honda gets my business 100%.

Today I bought a cute little 2021 mitsubishi mirage ES from here and Cooper was absolutely AMAZING. He was very kind, honest, and all around just really good at what he does. Im 31 this is the second car I have ever financed I have a bankruptcy and horrible credit and i thought for sure the only way I would be able to get a car would be to go to some sleazy car salesman that sells busted up old cars with 100k+ miles on it and at Discovery Auto thats what they tried to do, but Rebecca at Cedar Park Nissan talked to me found out what I was looking for and what my situation was and made me a personal list of cars that she sent to my email that she thought I would be interested in. She told me to ask for Cooper when I got there and yall this is a nice car dealership so me being a single mom with two little kids bad credit all that I was expecting to get turned down and have a bad experience, but Connor worked with me and got me a car with the things that mattered most to me within my budget and he actually listened to me, when I had concerns or was scared he didnt just brush me off and hard sell me he sat with me and talked it over with me and because of his genuine nature and his overall demeanor, personality, vibe whatever you wanna call it, Im now a proud owner of a safe,reliable car that gets great gas mileage and is perfect for me and my beautiful daughters! I have been coming to Honda of Slidell for a while now. But this few times I been coming I have blessed to have Mrs. Kim in service. Oh my God how shes a blessing to that location. From here excellent customer service, her love & kind words, its the fact that she kept me informed about everything dealing with my Honda. It was her over the top service that she gave. She made sure I was completely taken of and my truck was done on time. In a world of mediocre and horrible customer service it warmed my heart to know that there is still people like Mrs. Kim that makes the world better. @Honda give Mrs. Kim a raise please.

I can't express enough gratitude to Eli and the SP Honda members. I went in yesterday to just look into buying a new car. I was overly impressed with how welcoming and knowledgeable was and IS! After we test drove and looked at a couple cars, he sat down with me and my husband, printed multiple options off with the few cars we were looking at. I wanted to see all the financing options, fees, etc... and it was a done deal. We bought a car!!! When we got the keys and did the final paperwork, Anthony was so much help. He made sure to walk through everything we signed and answered all my (1,000) questions that I had. I never felt overwhelmed or pressured. Highly recommend this team!!

Excellent service. Had an issue that could potentially require a half hour service charge. It was resolved at no charge. You dont usually see a dealership treat you fairly like that. Service was prompt and efficient.

John was our salesperson. Talked to Robert extensively about a trade in. They tried everything to work out trade but we were $15,000 upside down. Was very impressed with Robert that he was able to get us into a 2023 Nissan Armada. This is the vehicle my wife wanted from the start. It didnt have a sunroof but we were very happen with it. Highly recommend! Will be purchasing from them in the future

Honda has taken care of me through 6 leased vehicles and have never let me down. My new dealership at Bob Howard Honda as been great and Zach in the maintenance department was pleasant to work with. Ask for Zach if you need to go in any maintenance work.

Kristian was amazingly helpful. I was not a big fan of Bob Howard because of experiences I had in the past, but Christian made me a convert because of his honesty and he went the extra mile to help us feel taken care of and valued. he diagnosed and fixed our car in one day that had major issues. He is the reason that we will be going back to Bob Howard Honda and will use the moving forward for our service needs.

My experience has always been great at this location. All the employees ensure you have a great experience. I pulled up to have my car checked in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had something goin on with my A/C also. I did not purchase my car from Honda, but David took time to look up my warranty and gave me a call while at work to let me know what was covered. I really appreciated that. He then gave me a call to tell me of a few services I would need in the future. Once I went to pick up my car I was greeted by a happy rep and also a salesman. He gave me a business card and we will discuss potential trade in options on the next business day.

I have purchased several cars throughout the years and truly have never had such a great experience as I did with Cedar Park Nissan. Lauren, in sales, did an outstanding job and made me feel at ease. Just purchased a new Rogue from this dealership. Five stars for our salesman James Mokry. He immediately got to work gathering details on what vehicle and features we were considering, taking notes and offering a test drive. After the sale, he spent considerable time explaining all the included features on my new vehicle, and walking me through the settings. Hes friendly, a great communicator, and very knowledgeable about the company and the cars.

Phenomenal service. When I called today after blowing out my tire on a curb, the ladies from the service department and parts department were of amazing help. They got me the info I needed promptly and helped provide different solutions to getting in and getting my tire fixed. When I arrived to the service center a mere 30 minutes before all the mechanics leave for the day they were still able and willing to get my car in to replace the tire. It means a lot that everyone was so willing and ready to help me out in such a stressful situation and I am so greatful to them all!!! When we first walked in we were welcomed and treated very nicely. We were given complimentary beverages to warmup. The vehicle we were looking at was out front waiting for us to inspect. Carfax was present along with the service records of the vehicle and the services preformed on the vehicle in preparation for sale. Sales representative was polite and accommodating along with the website sales manager. Vehicle was priced competitively with the surrounding area and with the vehicles condition. Low stress environment and easy process.

I worked with Hector Mora to purchase a used Miata on 3-11-24. All questions were answered, vehicle records examined, and price agreed upon before I made 2 hour trip to pick up if my in-person inspection was okay. The vehicle looked new and drove as expected. In about an hour, all paperwork was completed and my daughter left in a vehicle she loved! All of this occurred on the same day! I would definitely work with Hector again.

I just had my car worked on in which Matthew Lackey was my service rep. He was so kind and helpful, and totally looked out for me when they worked on my car. I didn't have to wait long, and he made sure I understood exactly what the mechanics were doing. Its always easy! We dont even make an appointment. We drive it up to the dealership and tell them what we need done. They check it over & call me to tell me if there is anything else that needs to be done, and if I want it done at this time. Then when the cars ready they contact me to say my car is ready! Very easy!

Came to the dealership to have my CRV checked out for a constant vibration at high speeds. The worker was able to diagnose the situation quickly and also discovered that something else was wrong with the car. I did not opt to get my car repaired. The guy at the front desk was really nice and did not charge me for a diagnosis of the vehicle. I was really surprised. The customer service was excellent. I sold my 5 year old, one owner vehicle to this dealership; I checked multiple buyers and Town North's offer was competitive. I worked with Aquisition Specialist, James R. The only downside was that it took 2+ business days to get paid (probably in an attempt to combat the endemic fraud that exists in auto resale transactions generally). Nonetheless, no hold was put on the check when deposited and it cleared NP. Overall, it was a very good experience, primarily due to James who was responsive and kept me informed of the status during the entire (very organized) process.

Aaron was super knowledgeable and helpful with explaining things throughout the entire process. This was my first time purchasing a car and he made the process very easy and helped me to advocate for myself even when I hesitated. Ray was also great with doing everything he could to meet me where I was price wise as well. This was a great experience. I feel very grateful to say that I have no regrets after my purchase and no one made me feel bad for trying my best to do this the responsible way. I don’t think I’ll need a new car for a long time but when I do, I will be back!
