We broke down just outside Oklahoma City and were towed in after hours. The next morning at 6:45 they called me wanting to know more details about what happened. They communicated with us consistently, letting us know repair options and price plans. I have owned several Honda vehicles. My most recent is a 2019 Black Honda Passport Touring. I have taken it to Pat Peck Honda twice. Had to replace a tire and I had a Factory Recall, Oil Change, and Front Brake Pads replaced and Rotors Turned. Had a problem but it was resolved runs and drive great now! Thanks. They also have a Courtesy Van if you live under 10 miles away.

I had my 2014 Nissan serviced at Round Rock Nissan for a recall issue, 50k mile maintenance and 4 wheel brake job. The staff are efficient and very professional. Brandon in service assisted me and was so helpful and pleasant to work with. He even provided a $25 off coupon to give me a discount. They provided a shuttle to take me home and pick me up. Luis was my driver. He was very nice and we chatted on both of the trips. Post Covid a lot of businesses have lost the human touch and soft skills of customer service. I'm glad this is not the case with Round Rock Nissan. I am impressed with their ability to provide a seamless and excellent experience while servicing my car.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for Jeana and Jimmy in parts. They are AMAZING. Very helpful, knowledgeable and just awesome to work with. They make our experience with them smooth with no issues. They are always willing to help and very courteous. Since I do deal with them on usually a daily basis, they treat me like family.
