As a family we have purchased 3 vehicles from this Dealership. Every time from the same excellent salesman Sergio the gentleman asked what we would like to see. He would stepped aside when noticed we were having a conversation between us. Was not pushing,but ready when we finally were ready. He was helpful through every step, till he was ready to put the temporary plate on . This is the first time we had any of our Buicks serviced and it was fantastic ! Again the salesman advisor Santiago Valle heard our concerns and immediately started to fill out a work order without trying to sell us something we were not interested in.
