I've had to take my SUV into VW of Alamo Heights a few times for regular maintenance or for some minor repairs. Although they have taken up to a week, they were transparent about the process and always upfront about the time it may take to complete. Rodney has been great in communicating and making sure all the work was done right the first time. Post- covid there has to be an understanding that work across the board is taking longer, we cannot expect the same turnarounds that we had prior to covid. If everyone would take that into consideration, process and work would run much more smoothly. I want to thank the folks at VW of Alamo Heights for always doing their best!.
