Because of the young lady named Iris my experience was wonderful. I received a very cold attitude from the first person in the service department, like I was a bother to him. Apparently for some reason my name wasn’t on the list to have my oil changed! I waited for over an hour and a half for and oil change and tire rotation! I also needed help to try and get “My VW” app to be set up. I was directed to two different techs who had other agendas. I just figured never mind!! Then Iris came to let me know my car was ready. She had seen on my ck in report about the app issue! She was so kind to try and help me. I am grateful that she made the effort to try to help. Unfortunately we couldn’t get it to work. I told her I would come back because I had a meeting to be at. But it was refreshing to have her attempt to help me!!
