Five-star rating for John Sumagaysay and the service team that have been working on my 2016 GTI for the past couple of years. John is the best service consultant that I have ever worked with at any dealership that I have been to. His hard work shows and I appreciate him very much for making my visits enjoyable and comfortable regardless of the repairs that are needed for my car. He is quick with communication and does his very best to make sure that everything is timely and that I am kept in the loop if there are any new updates/findings during the service process. When I have issues with my car, I know it will be in good care because I'll be leaving it with John.
