Great communication and nice loaner car. My only complaint is that they knew I was picking it up at 7:15 on Monday morning and when we arrived, the car was dirtier than when we left it. Obviously my car sat outside Saturday ( during the storm) and Sunday night. They offered to re wash it but sadly I had a work meeting and could not wait. It is the little details that make a dealership EXCELLENT and they failed in this regard. Now I have to pay to have it detailed plus waste my time to get it done.
