I appreciate that. I am greeted as soon as I walk in the service door, usually unless it's super packed. The chairs in your waiting area are getting a bit worn but it's a quiet area and I appreciate that. Thank you for the complimentary waters and sodas in the little fridge; could you please have decaf capsules for the coffee maker as well. Perhaps a table and chairs outside the main lobby doors would be nice too.
