At first they told me they couldn’t see me until Thursday.(4 days). I had a large piece of shard in my run flat tire. BMW assist was a joke. They never came. AAA said they would be there in an hour. Both were a disappointment…I had to call a friend for help. I called Adam Webster directly and he said come on as soon as you can. He had a replacement tire. He was very accommodating. Repair was quick even though I arrived at lunch time having had the incident occur at 6 am. What a day. Thank you Adam.
